Just chill a minute. I still believe in weekends and I still believe that one day can seem different than the next and I don’t mean to invade your weekend privacy. I am offering you this garden lesson on a Saturday morning because: 1) it failed to download properly yesterday, so I wasn’t able to deliver on my Friday cooking lesson promise, and 2) it is a cooking lesson so I hope you might have a little more family time on the weekend to actually pull it off. Believe me, once you taste these sweet potato fries, you wouldn’t have regretted if I woke you Sunday at midnight to give you the recipe!
